3. Account Registration
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.
4. Loan Terms and Disclosures
All loan products are subject to credit approval and underwriting. Specific terms, including APR, repayment period, and fees, will be disclosed in writing prior to signing. Representative examples on our website are illustrative only and do not constitute a commitment to lend. Late payments may result in additional fees and credit score impact.
5. Investment Advisory Disclosures
Investment advisory services are provided by Invest Manage Guide Advisors LLC, a registered investment advisor (RIA). Past performance does not guarantee future results. All investments involve risk, including possible loss of principal. Historical returns shown on our website are hypothetical or back-tested and are not indicative of actual client performance.
6. Fees and Payments
Membership fees are billed monthly or annually as selected. Loan fees, origination charges, and investment management fees are disclosed in separate agreements. You authorize us to charge your designated payment method. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or stated in a separate refund policy.
7. Intellectual Property

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Invest Manage Guide, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

NO FINANCIAL, LEGAL, OR TAX ADVICE IS PROVIDED UNLESS EXPRESSLY STATED IN A WRITTEN ENGAGEMENT LETTER.
13. Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be submitted to good-faith mediation. If mediation fails, disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in Honolulu, Hawaii.
14. Class Action Waiver
You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in a class action, collective, or representative proceeding against Invest Manage Guide.
15. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without cause, upon notice. You may terminate your account at any time through your dashboard or by contacting support. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior to termination, including outstanding loan balances or fees owed.
16. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or website notice. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
17. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
18. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any service-specific agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and Invest Manage Guide and supersede all prior understandings.
